當時間邁入2018年，這是在國家領導的帶領下、中國走向偉大的時代，也是中國企業家從優秀走向卓越的時代。而在這個前所未有的大變革下，究竟需要什么樣的企業家?堅守什么樣的精神?
一、“不忘初心 創新發展 構建新時代和諧營商環境”弘揚新時代優秀企業精神峰會
為了更好的貫徹落實國務院出臺的《意見》，響應中央號召。由中國企業聯合會、浙江省企業聯合會、浙江省工業經濟聯合會等聯合主辦、由莎普愛思藥業提供支持的“弘揚新時代優秀企業家精神峰會”，將于8月25日在浙江平湖召開。
“不忘初心，創新發展，構建新時代和諧營商環境”是峰會秉承的核心理念，也是會聚各行業精英的一次自我認知和審思的契機。與會嘉賓的同一個目標，就是在思維碰撞之下，走出一條融入經濟新格局之路。
但是在實踐中，又該如何發揚優秀企業家精神，走通經濟新格局之路?
對于成立四十周年的莎普愛思藥業來說，更是當下亟待思考的問題。
二、”1978-2018”莎普愛思藥業40周年工作總結暨創新發展大會
《論語》曾有云：三十而立，四十而不惑。
對于成立四十年的莎普愛思藥業來講，這是一條至關重要的分水嶺。莎普愛思藥業在當下這個前后左右萬般風景中，必須要再一次洞察自身。所謂不惑，應該是清醒，是明白，是對社會所應具備的全新認知。

三、嘉興南湖學習及40周年答謝宴
九十七年前，中共一大在嘉興勝利閉幕。它標志著近代中國有了可以信賴的組織者、領導者，再也不會陷入混沌迷茫之中。
九十七年后，在距離南湖30公里的地方，兩場大會將徐徐拉開序幕。由此，莎普愛思藥業方面于8月26日下午特意安排了一項意味深長的活動——廣邀嘉賓一同前往南湖，重溫先烈曾走過的紅色之路，學習“紅船精神”。
